In 2014, we collaborated with LUMENesce Systems to develop the guts of an RGBW Jelly Jar worklight. While BPI tends not to develop fixtures, LUMENesce leveraged our PCB design and DFM skills to create a worklight fixture they could manufacture and sell.

The product took a while to get going, but since 2018 we’ve manufactured several batches of these fixtures in-house, leveraging our manufacturing capability to give LUMENesce cost-effective US-based manufacturing for their product.

Final testing and assembly happens at their Deniston, TX, facility, but the PCB assembly and initial QA happens at our shop in North Braddock, PA.

We’ve continued to work with LUMENesce on new products in their line, helping them build their products domestically for less than they otherwise could.
